Para inaugurar FICAL, este año tenemos una sesión de DJ especial, con dos propuestas muy diferentes.
El actor gaditano Julián Villagrán, ganador del Goya al mejor actor de reparto por Grupo 7 y
con una larga trayectoria en cine, con obras como Extraterrestre, Ali, Open Windows, ¿Quién mato a
Bambi?, Gernikak, Abracadabra, nos sorprenderá con esta faceta que no todos los seguidores del recordado
Velázquez, de El ministerio del tiempo, conocen. Iniciado en el rock desde muy joven, ha tocado la guitarra
en varias bandas y, con la llegada de la música electrónica en los años noventa, se
adentró en el mundo del breakbeat y el techno, actuando en raves y clubes de Sevilla y Madrid. Hace unos
años dio forma a su proyecto musical más personal, Asunción, donde fusiona guitarras, loops y
sintetizadores con letras irreverentes. En FICAL nos deleitará con una sesión que recorrerá
canciones de ayer, hoy y siempre.
Por su parte, Diego Arroba saltó a la fama con apenas 15 años, cuando un personaje
cómico creado por el mallorquín y bautizado como el Cejas se viralizó en redes sociales,
llegando a millones de personas en todo el país. Con el paso del tiempo, Diego ha sabido reinventarse y
llevar su carisma al siguiente nivel. Bajo la identidad de DJ El Cejas, ofrece sesiones de música bailable y
festiva que no dejan a nadie indiferente. Su propuesta no es solo una sesión de DJ: es un show cargado de
energía, humor y cercanía con el público, fruto de su experiencia como maestro de ceremonias en
algunos de los eventos más punteros del país. DJ El Cejas convierte cada noche en un viaje entre
ritmos explosivos y momentos inolvidables, demostrando que entiende como pocos el arte de la fiesta.
To kick off FICAL, this year we have a special DJ session with two very
different acts.
Cádiz-born actor Julián Villagrán, winner of the Goya for
Best Supporting Actor for Unit 7 and with a long career in cinema, with works such as Extraterrestrial, Ali,
Open Windows, Who killed Bambi, Guernica, Abracadabra, will surprise us with this facet of which not all fans of
the memorable Velázquez, from The Ministry of Time, are aware. He started playing rock music at a very
young age, he has played the guitar in several bands and, with the arrival of electronic music in the 1990s, he
entered the world of breakbeat and techno, performing at raves and clubs in Seville and Madrid. A few years ago,
he gave shape to his most personal musical project, Asunción, where he fuses guitars, loops and
synthesizers with irreverent lyrics. At FICAL, he will delight us with a session that will take us through songs
from yesterday, today and always.
