Protagonista de series y películas como La casa de papel, El caso, El orfanato, Mar de plástico, The Counselor o McMafia, nos ofrece en una clase magistral las claves para interpretar ante la cámara. Fernando Cayo, actor con más de 30 años de experiencia en televisión, cine y teatro, nos acerca a distintos aspectos de lo que supone participar en un proyecto audiovisual. Indicado para actores, actrices, directores y fanáticos del cine en general.

CONTENIDOS

• Ejercicios de relajación dinámica, concentración y consciencia física específicos para las exigencias del trabajo con la cámara, el mundo de la mirada y lo sutil.
• Análisis exhaustivo de la secuencia o monólogo que se trabaje. En este análisis, se utilizan parámetros de estructura narrativa, psicología, construcción del personaje física y emocional, imágenes, música, estilo cinematográfico, películas de referencia, personajes internos, trabajo por conceptos, arco emocional, punto de respuesta y reacción.
• Grabación minuciosa de la secuencia para corregir en distintas tomas los aspectos de puesta en escena sobre los que haya que profundizar: credibilidad, tamaño de plano, emocionalidad, ritmo, etc., acercándose lo más posible al modus operandi de un rodaje profesional.
• Proyección y comentario conjunto de las distintas tomas grabadas, desde el respeto creativo y la complicidad de aprendizaje. Se analizará la evolución de todo el trabajo y las opciones de crecimiento y aprendizaje futuro.

MASTER CLASS ‘ACTING FOR THE CAMERA' WITH FERNANDO CAYO
Star of series and films such as The Money Heist, Murder by the Coast, The Orphanage, Plastic Sea, The Counselor and McMafia, he offers us the keys to acting in front of the camera in a master class. Fernando Cayo, an actor with more than 30 years of experience on television, in films and theatre, gives us an insight into different aspects of what it means to take part in an audiovisual project. Suitable for actors, actresses, directors and film fans in general.
CONTENTS
1. Dynamic relaxation, concentration and physical awareness exercises specific to the demands of working with cameras, the world of looks, gazes, glances and subtlety.
2. Exhaustive analysis of the sequence or monologue to be worked on. In this analysis, parameters of narrative structure, psychology, physical and emotional character construction, images, music, cinematographic style, films of reference, internal characters, concept work, the emotional arc, point of response and reaction are used.
3. Meticulous recording of the sequence in different takes to correct the aspects of the mise-en-scène that need to be studied: credibility, shot size, emotionality, rhythm, etc., getting as close as possible to the modus operandi of a professional film shoot.
4. Screening and joint commentary of the different recorded takes, based on creative respect and the complicity of learning. The evolution of all the work and the options for future growth and learning will be analysed.

Ha distribuido más 700 películas en festivales de cine, ha acumulado más de 20.000 selecciones y 3.000 premios; entre ellos, numerosas nominaciones a los Premios Goya, y dos nominaciones a los Premios Oscar. En 2004 puso en marcha el departamento de distribución de la ECAM, que dirigió hasta el 2020. Durante este tiempo, ha gestionado proyectos como Madrid en corto, OFF ECAM y FilmNow. Actualmente, desarrolla el proyecto Selected Films, para la distribución de cortometrajes y largometrajes independientes.

He is currently developing the Selected Films project, for the distribution of independent short and feature films.

Licenciada en Derecho en la Universidad Complutense. En 1996, inicia su colaboración profesional con la Academia de las Artes y las Ciencias Cinematográficas de España, desempeñando la asesoría jurídica de dicha institución, labor que mantiene hasta marzo de 2008. En mayo de 2005, es nombrada directora general de la Academia de las Artes y las Ciencias Cinematográficas de España, cargo que desempeña hasta marzo de 2008. Posteriormente, asume la dirección general de la Fundación Borau. En la actualidad, lleva a cabo la asesoría de diversas personas, productoras e instituciones cinematográficas, entre las que se encuentra la Escuela de Cinematografía y Audiovisual de la Comunidad de Madrid (ECAM), así como ACCIÓN, asociación de directores y directoras de cine.

MASTER CLASS ‘CONTROVERSIAS QUE A DIARIO SURGEN EN LOS CONTRATOS AUDIOVISUALES. RESOLUCION DE LAS MISMAS’ ('Controversies arising on a daily basis in audiovisual contracts and their resolution'), WITH ANA ARRIETA
She has a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid. In 1996, she began her professional cooperation with the Academia de las Artes y las Ciencias Cinematográficas de España (Spanish Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences), acting as legal advisor to the institution, a position she held until March 2008. In May 2005, she was appointed Director General of the Spanish Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, a position she held until March 2008. Subsequently, she took over the general management of the Borau Foundation. She is currently advising various individuals, production companies and film institutions, including the Madrid Film and Audiovisual School (ECAM), as well as ACCIÓN, an association of film directors and directors.

Figurinista. Comenzó su carrera en los platós de las primeras televisiones privadas de nuestro país. Pronto se incorporó a los equipos de vestuario de las series como figurinista. Ha participado en varias series de televisión y películas en los últimos años como Orígenes secretos, Presentimientos o Live is life dirigida por Dani de la Torre, director con el que ha vuelto a trabajar en las tres primeras temporadas de La unidad. En 2018 recibió el Premio Iris del Jurado, otorgado por la Academia de la Televisión por su labor profesional.

MASTER CLASS 'DRESSING THE PART, WITH ELENA DE LORENZO
This costume designer began her career on the sets of the first private television stations in our country. She soon joined the wardrobe teams of the series as a costume designer. She has participated in several TV series and films in recent years such as Orígenes secretos, Presentimientos and Live is life directed by Dani de la Torre, a director with whom she worked again in the first three seasons of La unidad. In 2018 she received the Iris Jury Prize, awarded by the Television Academy for her professional work.
